new Japanese restaurant at 506 Brick Blvd., Brick, NJ.
The highest quality food preparation and customer service are
the priorities at
Yokohama offers healthy, fresh food with unique touches, such
as mango, strawberry and other special sauces for the sushi. Those are
just a few of the examples of "fusion cooking," which refers to the
preparation of hot and cold sauces, with the restaurant's secret
ingredients, used for flavor, decoration and presentation on the sushi
and hot dishes. Soups include miso, seafood, clam and
For hibachi fans, there is a dinner special for $40.95 per
couple that includes soup, salad, steak, chicken, scallops, shrimp,
vegetables, noodles, fried rice and ice cream. For $2 more, customers
can substitute filet mignon instead of the steak. For $44.95 per couple,
customers can enjoy a seafood hibachi special including salmon,
lobster, shrimp and scallops, along with the noodles, rice, vegetables

The restaurant, which opened on Aug. 8, has two and four
person tables, in addition to seating for eight around each of the six
hibachi tables. Customers can dine in or take out. Children's menu items
are available in Bento boxes, which have dividers between the different
types of food.
